applicable to multimedia CDs while music CDs, due to their one to
one revolving speed requirements can be shaped in just about any
contour.
CD-Shape currently has the capacity to produce up to
1000 of well-known digicards per hour or 500 standard shaped CDs.
This obviously depends on the complexity of the chosen shapes with
the standard production times of about 400 CDs per hour for complex
designs. CDs are cut/shaped with the laser precision where the use
of complex notching machines and dedicated preparations help that
the production is run smoothly.
